How can I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates and number of guests, or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp.
How and when is payment made?
Depending on the selected rate (not all rates are always available), prepayment will be required as follows:
Refundable rate: first night (refundable until the date stated in the offer).
Non-refundable rate: total stay (non-refundable).
Payment is made via bank transfer or payment link (credit/debit cards).
When will I know the final price?
Both the conditions and the total reservation price will be communicated by email within 24 hours after receiving your request.
Is a deposit or security bond required?
No, no security deposit is required. The only payment to be made is either the first night or the total stay, depending on the selected rate. See possible rates
Can I change my dates after booking?
Yes, as long as there is availability. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you with your case.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome under one condition: they must not be left alone in the house if they bark, howl, or disturb neighbors.
Is there parking?
Yes, the apartament has two private parking spaces.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
